" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Super easy walk from the subway and right across the street from the Cruise Terminal. We stayed the night before our sailing and loved it!! The FoodHall is attached to the hotel and offers a variety of delicious options. The staff was great and talked us into a bike rental. Great experience all around! "
