"Pollyanna, was really helpful even I didn’t speak any Portuguese. Helped me to book a tour at last minute. When I got transferred from Sao Luis and arrived around 8:30 am, she checked me in without any extra charge. Breakfast was really good with wonderful views on top floor of hotel. The only issue, the property is on unpaved road with deep sands, you need 4x4 or AWD vehicle or you will sink in the sand..my car got stuck in sand, made effort to pull out."
