"The location of the hotel was 3 blocks from St. Guiles Church. I stayed in the Castle Turret facing the street and it was very quiet. Staff was helpful and the breakfast offered by the hotel was satisfying. Friendly staff and a clean good size room. I would stay here again."

The staff were extremely friendly and arranged for us to get checked in earlier than the original check in time which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The room had everything we needed and I was very glad the lift was working to get all our things and our son in his buggy up to our room. Zero faults and would thoroughly recommend."
