Very nice!

Fast and easy check in. The staff was extremely friendly. Or room was very clean and exactly what you'd expect from a hotel. We loved the hot tub and pool. The bar downstairs was great and the bartender was very attentive and the drinks were delicious.

Newly built it was very nice. All the small little touches. Great decor, rooms were very clean and roomy. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and lots of selections. HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Service is always great. They have a gentleman that works later in the evening that is top notch. He changed rooms for me on this stay to give us a handicap accessible room because my wife had surgery. All of the staff are very kind and take customer service seriously. Had everything we needed in a place to stay. It had a great staff, willing to take care of every need. It had a great breakfast to start the day. Rooms were clean and more than expected for the time we had. Excellent place to stay and highly recommended.

We have stayed there 3 times I think. We just always enjoy the place. Lobby is cozy at xmas with decorations and fire place burning.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, and a good value for the amount of space. I do not care for the additional credit card hold many hotels are doing these days. That should be better stated during the initial booking. They offered a full breakfast with many options. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice, safe neighborhood, not far from freeway. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good sized pool & hot tub, and a well stocked continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Very pleased with choosing Hampton Inn in Polaris for my visit to the Ohio State Fair.

The staff was great! The gentleman working breakfast worked very hard to make everything clean and stocked.

Incredibly well run hotel. Friendly staff, great amenities, well cleaned, comfortable beds and peaceful both in room and in common spaces. Best hotel I've ever stayed in this price range. Will return on future visits.

I need something clean and affordable when I am in town for my family. Pacer Inn meets my needs. I will stay there again when I am in town.
