Good hotel

Driving distance of mall & downtown. Lovely facility

Very clean property

Had everything we needed in a place to stay. It had a great staff, willing to take care of every need. It had a great breakfast to start the day. Rooms were clean and more than expected for the time we had. Excellent place to stay and highly recommended.

Amazing stay, very disabled friendly. Thank you from a disabled retired veteran!

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice, safe neighborhood, not far from freeway. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good sized pool & hot tub, and a well stocked continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Very pleased with choosing Hampton Inn in Polaris for my visit to the Ohio State Fair.

Fast and easy check in. The staff was extremely friendly. Or room was very clean and exactly what you'd expect from a hotel. We loved the hot tub and pool. The bar downstairs was great and the bartender was very attentive and the drinks were delicious.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Service is always great. They have a gentleman that works later in the evening that is top notch. He changed rooms for me on this stay to give us a handicap accessible room because my wife had surgery. All of the staff are very kind and take customer service seriously. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Breakfast is good as well. The evening socials on Tuesday-Thursday are a plus. The food is decent and saves money from going out to eat. Beer and...

Newly built it was very nice. All the small little touches. Great decor, rooms were very clean and roomy. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and lots of selections. HIGHLY recommend.

The staff was great! The gentleman working breakfast worked very hard to make everything clean and stocked.

Very nice!

Great

We have stayed there 3 times I think. We just always enjoy the place. Lobby is cozy at xmas with decorations and fire place burning.

Very close and convenient parking.

We stayed the weekend & it was fantastic. We were leaving and the guy at the front desk was very kind!

We stay here approximately 7-8 times a year while showing cattle. We love this facility with its pet friendly and wonderful staff! My dogs especially love the dog bone upon check in.

Great stay
