"Lovely old building in the main square, with the entrance on the other side of the block. Undergoing renovations, so parts of the hotel were nice and fresh, but other parts were covered up. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. It's worth getting a room with a view over the square."

Only complaint was that you could hear a lot of noise from the back of the building at night (noisy neighbours maybe?). More black teabags in the room would have been nice too. "Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. All staff very help and friendly. Very good value and with short distance of railway station and the centre of Lille. Lovely panoramic view at breakfast. My only suggestion is that for older people it would be useful to have a non slip mat in the bath and a handle. Highly recommend abs would definitely stay here again. "
