Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside.
Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong.
The wine and complementary platters were fantastic.
The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel.

Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.

The room with comfortable beds and a HD TV with a very good selection of directv channels, the location, the free breakfast, the computer center (with 5 pcs and a printer 24-7), the gym, the security of the building, etc. I really love it. The best part was the employees. I felt like I was at home with my friends. Surely, I will be back next time I visit Lima.

Great stay in a quiet hotel that honestly, is off airport. It's 30 minutes from the actual terminal despite being fenced inside the airport, so it's not remotely convenient. However, it is very secure and the staff are really nice. Not sure if I'd stay again due to the inconvenience of the location but for the staff and quality of hotel, it's a 9/10. Great concierge (Miguel) and bar staff!
