This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. First time staying here! Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms, Larcomar shopping plaza is about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a Western Union for currency exchange. Miraflores is a very walkable city, so much to see. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming, housekeeping was great, and every in-room dining meal was absolutely delicious. This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel.

Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.

Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival. The hotel was super clean and very nice/updated!

I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.
