"The room was not cleaned. There was stains on the counters, the tub was not washed, the bedsheets had blood stains on them. It was gross. The breakfast area was not very clean at all. The clerk was very nice though. This is typical of days inn establishments, they want to cry about having to charge deposits but don’t care to keep up with maintaining upkeep of their rooms. We killed a cockroach last night. "

"Room was great, clean, well stocked, good layout. AC kept room cool. The towels were soft. Wasnt a huge fan of navigating the TV. You really needed to use streaming services to watch anything. The "live tv" most channels that showed were off air. So remember your log ins. Breakfast was simple but good. Breakfast area was clean and well stock. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for dining and shopping, plus the main reason for my visit was picking up my daughter from OSU so it was a perfect location for accessing the college. Definitely will choose this next time i visit Stillwater. "

"This is a lovely and historical hotel in the heart of the OSU campus. The rooms are charming and comfortable. The State Room restaurant and bar provide a cozy ambience along with a plentiful menu and friendly bar. We will visit again!"

"The hallways were dingy, 1st room smelled like cheap disinfectant, 2nd room a bit better. Room was cold, heat brought it up, but no way to turn off the fan, which ran all night. Sheets were scratchy. TV didn't connect, so couldn't watch a show before going to sleep. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee was like used motor oil. Stay at Motel 6, and eat a good breakfast at Black Bear. Money ahead."

"We have stayed here because our kid goes to school here. This hotel was an ok room. The elevator is not great. Pool is green mucky. Bathroom dry wall issues—our experience was not what was reviewed by others. Just be aware."

"Staff is top tier, clean rooms. AC and heat works. Hot showers. Fresh towels come every single day like clock work. They take trash every day like clock work. It's quiet. And if you get out of line. Edmond police will show up immediately. It's close by everything. I lived there for 3 months without any issues. Best place in Edmond"
