"The property was centrally located to all of the hikes and stops we wanted to make. The room was clean and perfect form out family. The 3 full beds worked well for my two teenage sons. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was typical of breakfast included spots. Indoor pool and game room were a hit for us all. The hot tub could have been cleaner."

"I stayed 3 nights. My experience with the property is very positive. 3 decent restaurants are located next to it. 15-20 min drive to Franconia State park. Although it is located next to busy Kancamagus hwy, it is relatively quiet ( request room in West lodge). The beds are very comfortable. The room is dated, but very clean. Daniel,the hostess, is excellent."
