"No heating in the bedroom. Staff response poor. Location is excellent. Dinner very good, breakfast average. Bar and restaurant expensive. "

"The staff were great, the rooms were lovely, and the only thing that let the place down was actually other guests who changed the controls on the toaster, to the degree that the rest of my breakfast went cold while I put my bread through 3 times, and then gave up - resulting in cold breakfast, stewed, cold tea, hard bread instead of toast - apparently it's an ongoing problem, which the staff perhaps need to monitor a bit more closely."

"It is a good hotel ideally situated to see the cathedral and walk into the centre of Lincoln. Lovely staff. Lots of restaurants close by. Parking available although you have to pay even though you’re a guest! Recommended"

"Very close to the Lincoln Cathedral. It is a hike up the hill but lots to see along the way. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Good food and very good service."

"We stayed in one of the suites and I can say the room was fantastic. Quality furnishings though.out. Parking I. Site although limited Spaces. Breakfast is cooked to order and well worth it. The location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from the cathedral and castle."
