Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask. "I didn’t feel this resort delivered the experience it promises as you arrive. The reception area is lovely. The room was pleasant and the balcony large but the bathroom felt tired. The staff were kind to replace my comp red wine with white which I appreciated. I didn’t feel the staff promoted the facilities. The pool bar staff waited for you to approach them. It was mentioned in passing that the beach was through the sister hotel but no sign posts to tell you how to get there. The breakfast...

"The suites are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s about a 15 minute walk into Lindos town, downhill on the way but obviously uphill on the way back! There are plenty of taxis available though at about €5. There is a supermarket just across the road from the suites which has everything you need - snacks, drinks, toiletries, sun cream etc. Pool area is lovely, very calm and peaceful.
