"I stayed in a very large room which provided basic needs and more. I was particularly pleased it had an iron and an iron board. The shower was so powerful, I've never experienced anything like it. The TV wasnt very accommodating. It was probably HD TV and when i was watching Youtube on it, it kept freezing even when it was playing, at times the video will go but you can hear the sound so maybe it was poor connectivity. "

"This is a great guest house. My only objection was that they record a credit card in case of damage even after the room is paid. I know many places take a deposit, but this allows anyone to blame the guest for something that may have been damaged by anyone entering the room after you leave including a cleaner. And there is not a limit. Eg £100- they could potentially rob you if they wanted. The hotel itself is immaculate, great WiFi and location. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic! After a bad day, it was very appreciated. "

"Clean spacious rooms. Helpful courteous staff. Lovely included breakfast Perfect for events at the O2, 108 service stops outside , just a 15 ride away. Free parking is hit and miss ( mainly miss)"

"Incredible, affordable, beyond our expectations. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights for his birthday. I didn’t have the biggest budget so when I saw the excellent price at Holiday Inn for what looked like a great hotel, I was somewhat sceptical- However, our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely pleasant, we came early to leave our luggage instead of dragging it through london and they were very happy to assist and hold on to it until we checked in later. When we returned we were checked in swiftly. The staff offered us great advice on transport to/from london. The bar staff are very friendly, the cleaners are polite and will knock and ask if you need anything in the afternoon- The service is 10/10. The room was massive, spotless and well-stocked. They use eco-friendly shampoos / body wash. There’s an ironing board and hair dryer, free teas and sugar etc. The huge tv has the ability to cast stuff from your phone and many channels available. Theres a telephone with access to 24/7 room service. I’m an extremely cold person and the heating comes on fast :) You also have full control over the thermostat. Overall the whole experience was excellent for the price, despite having a small budget it felt as though we were staying in a 5 star hotel that would generally be wildly over budget. It really exceeded our expectations and we plan to return again later this year after we’ve saved up for another london trip :) "
