"There was a problem with the lights in the room. They kept turning off while I was in the room. This became serious after dark. The front desk sent an engineer to sort out the issue with the movement detectors. However the problem continued and he had to make a second attempt which was successful, so I could have a bath at last before sleeping well"

"We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. We arrived late however being able to check in online was a great time saver. It was busy at breakfast time however I think if we had gone earlier it may have been better."
