"This was our second stay, booking in was straightforward. Went to the room, was clean and tidy. it did look a bit tired, Not as nice the first room we stayed in, The ensuite door wouldn't close properly, I had to use a 1p coin to tighten up the hinge screws. There was no air conditioning control remote. Spoke with reception, they said they would contact Maintenance. Didn't get a response, didn't get a remote, Just a fan left in the room. Food was good, atmosphere was good."

"It is a beautiful manor house with walkable access to Wimbledon Village. A complimentary shuttle service to the village would also be nice if it's cold or wet, then people wouldn't need want to walk through the commons in nice shows to get to dinner. The gardens around the property and the access to walking trails in the common are very nice for nature walks. They need more staff and better trained staff in the restaurant. The Sunday table service staff seemed overwhelmed. Front desk staff...
