"If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. "Extremely clean.. location can be a tad awkward but worth it 100 per cent.. was quite and a warm stay. Would definitely recommend for a couples get away. Bonus of having sky on TV for comfy nights in. Spent 3 nights and could of easily stayed longer."

"My husband and I enjoyed a week in Mill Barn in early June. Unfortunately the weather didn't want to play along so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden as much as I had hoped, but that was no loss - the cottage is adorable inside too and it's perfect for cozy cocooning when it's rainy. We enjoyed the smart TV, bath and wonderful shower, as well as the well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of fun day trips in the area and Penny was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay.
