"Rooms were very clean with very HOT water. AC was great. Location was excellent, close to ferries, trains, and restaurants. The staff was excellent. Very professional and so helpful. Will book again if I ever return to Sydney. "

"Excellent hotel and staff, in a great location. I’ve stayed at The Grace several times over the years and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Sydney. My only comments are that the mattress was too soft and hard on my back. I don’t usually get back issues. Would also be nice to have a couch, as there’s plenty of room, and a second dining chair. "

"We got cheap rates (46%off) which made it reasonable but wouldn’t pay full price. It’s clean but a bit tired and aging. The bed was leaning and tilting on one side. Good enough for short stays for sure "

"Stayed for one night only. Really nice view of the Circular Quay area and our room was towards both Harbour Bridge as well as the Sydney Opera house. Excellent room always high quality at Shangri-La however some signs of wear and tear on furniture and fixtures but understandable "
