"This hotel is not near anything. The train fom the airport to the hotel is quite a long way, and then you have to drag your luggage a mile over rough cobblestones. There is permanant construction all around and no stores or restaurants nearby. They only turn on air conditioning certain times of the year so we sweat all night. The worst part us the staff who treats you like dirt, and they know nothing about Amsterdam. Ask them a question and they pull out their cell phone and start searching. This is NOT the IHG or HI Express that I know Ther are better and much more convenient hotels in Amsterdam.Hotels should drop this hotel off their list. And please hotel manager, do not come on here with apologies. You did not help me when I was there April 13 thru 16 2026. If you need a plug adapter at this hotel, they will not loan you one, but will sell you one for 18 usd, when they are 4 usd in downtown Amsterdam."

"The limited check in time did cause some time pressure especially after difficulties getting around the Rotterdam Ring. Check in could have been better signed but once in the right place all went well. An easy walk into town with plenty of eating options and only a 10 minute drive to Keukenhof. Good breakfast in the morning."

"Hotel was very clean . Staff was very helpful and friendly ! Breakfast available for fee - we didn’t eat breakfast there . Location was superb ! Minutes away from shops , cafes , restaurants- it’s right in historic Center of Haarlem . And also minutes away from beautiful canal. Would recommend this hotel !"
