"Hotel was very clean . Staff was very helpful and friendly ! Breakfast available for fee - we didn’t eat breakfast there . Location was superb ! Minutes away from shops , cafes , restaurants- it’s right in historic Center of Haarlem . And also minutes away from beautiful canal. Would recommend this hotel !"

"The rooms are not that "soundproof". It is out in the countryside with not much around. Most of all beware, the "free shuttle" is only free to the hotel and you're not guaranteed a time slot for the return to the airport!"

"The train station isn’t far and they have bike rental options. Very cute town of Hoofddorp. The hotel was nice but wish they had one queen mattress instead of two double bed mattresses. Bathroom was very clean"

"Hotel was well located a 10-15 minute walk into the centre. Lovely comfortable quiet room. Restaurant has a good selection and food was excellent."

"Enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The Bulgarian lady on reception was a credit to her employer and herself. Nice new hotel with a decent little gym. Probably good value when reduced rates being offered but not on my visit due to last minute travel at peak time. It was a bit pricey compared to my usual hotels in Hoofddorp where I have stayed many times. "

"Received an email about one of my 2 room booking being cancelled just before I check in on the same day. I had to make a roaming call for 26 minutes and didn’t get it resolved until I reach out to the booking agent. The booking agent confirmed my booking was valid from their side and it was the hotel side cancelled my booking without reason. Finally my booking agent was able to reinstated my booking. It was a nightmare and didn’t even have time to take my dinner. It was a frustrated situation."
