"The hotel was ok, the rooms were small but well planned out, we stayed for 5 nights and felt comfortable. We had an issue upon arrival, we called few days before arrival and asked for early check to be guaranteed with extra pay of course, but once we arrived there was no notes on the reservation. The hotel staff checking us in was not nice about it at all, from his attitude it felt like he thinks we were lying about it. Luckily the girl with spoke on the phone prior to arrival was were and confirmed we called in advance, after manager intervened we were able to check in before 1pm after our long flight from Canada."
