The hosts and property were delightful. However, I did not have a vehicle and the property is not convenient if you need to be in Lewes or Brighton as there is limited - no - public transportation and it is not within walking distance. Carol went above and beyond in carting me to Lewes each day!

This was an amazing property! Very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very quiet country setting. Definitely a great place for a destination wedding or special event. The art gallery and shop had some really great finds. If we had more time, we would have loved to stay longer:)

Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. We had an excellent stay at The Grand Brighton and found the room, restaurant, bar, and staff services to be exceptional. The location was fabulous offering convenient access to surrounding areas and a gorgeous view of the ocean. On the last night of our stay, the battery on our keypad failed (along with a few other rooms), and we were not able to get into our room for several hours. great place for a quick stop.

I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat.

We rented a car while staying there. Were shocked we couldnt park have free parking. We consulted with Kevin at concierge. He accomodated us and was very helpful

Sally and Mike are wonderful, attentive hosts with a wealth of information on the local area. They also offer excellent breakfast options in house.

Perfect overnight stay in seaford when visiting the 7 sisters. Staff was just amazing and food was awesome! Rooms were great. Def recommend

Really nice views of the marina from the front rooms. Nice breakfast selection in a relaxed atmosphere. The bathroom doors have been changed recently and are much better than before with the sliding doors. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay if you want to be by the marina. The Undercliff walk is a really scenic good walk not too far from the hotel through Asda’s car park also

The food was fantastic & plentiful. It was a friendly and generous attitude. I was treated as family. I was there as memorial to my brother & his wife who lived Brighton; sadly they are both gone ....I really needed that friendliness 😳🌹 thank you
