"Basic last minute family room after our original property let us down. Fair price for what you got. Didn't like the strong smell of air freshener on the first night felt like it was an attempt to mask something as could have sworn we smelt cannabis around the landing etc the first night, gone the second night and we only stayed the two nights. Window in the room was hard to close properly and lots of loud traffic all the time. Staff was friendly and had banter , shop and petrol station across...

"Don’t book here unless you are happy with broken furniture, stained carpets with burn marks, curtains hanging off a single hook and not covering windows. A bathroom window in the shower/bath facing the street without frosting or efficient covering. Old bed, full of lumps and ridges, only fit for the rubbish tip, stale cigarette smoke wafting through passages and random pieces of furniture and hoover in the passages. Staff catnapping in “waiting area”"

"The room was very clean with tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. Not a great selection of teas but fine for us. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean and ironed. Small TV but that didn't bother us as we were out more than in. Good selection at breakfast with cereal, yoghurts, fruit juice. Very good cooked breakfast with several options. Tea and coffee served in your own pots. Staff really friendly."

"It is very nice budget accommodation. The location is outstanding, right on the beach. The parking could be a challenge. It cost £10 a day. Shower was lovely hot. All restaurants are close by. Including band stand. We have a lovely stay. We will come back again"

"I think if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a great option. You can check in online and then get in when you get in, which worked very well for me. The room itself needs a little fixing up, the sink had a massive crack down the middle, the bed was broken and the whole floor seemed to slope sideways. But other than that it was a pretty nice hotel and a really affordable night. Ideal for solo travelers "

"As i turned up at the property i was put off instantly as it looked run down, there was no one at the reception i called the hotel no a few times but it just rang and then cut off. The room was basic it had a kettle no cups or anything to make a drink with not even a sink to get anw water. The mattress was thin as you turned over in bed the springs cruched as you turn.
