"Room were not clean, bedsheets were not changed for the four nights of my stay. No refrigerator in the room. "

"Staff and breakfast were excellent. Beware that some rooms can only be accessed by steep stairs down from ground floor, or by walking right round the roads to the car park at the back."

"I stayed in room 103 for one night on 19th March 2026. My room was on the side of the building, facing the end wall of another building. Not nice at all. Suggest you ask for a room with an open view. Breakfast was good, in a downstairs room. Checkout was 10am, rather early I thought. Would I stay there again? Maybe, price was good in mid March. Llandudno is a lovely town, always worth a visit."

" Yes there were shops nearby plenty of pubs Hotel was pet friendly at an extra cost. We booked in but had to complain about our room and straight away the receptionist found another room. It was nice and would definitely be using it agai"

"The Lansdowne was spotless, extremely comfortable Excellent breakfast, and great selection too. Of amenities in the bedroom. A very well stocked Bar, it is Very close to the town centre. A short walk to the beach, and Pier fantastic to see the Big wheel back and it all lite up with multiple colours at night. Very close to restaurants with and without entertainment. Plenty of shops and cafe to choose from. 10 stars definitely Dan Wei and all the lovely friendly staff were fantastic thank you for a wonderful stay xx"
