"We had a wonderful week at the cottage despite the poor weather. The cottage was warm and comfortable and the beds were amazing, so comfortable. The bathroom was really nice with a wonderful rain forest shower.Gail and Richard made us very welcome and were always around if we had any problems but not intrusive.All in all it was a great stay, even my mum who is 92 loved it and we will definitely be returning next year."

"Access to our particular room was a little awkward and the noise of the road took the shine off a touch. However, the facilities were very good on the site and the accomodation was of a decent size."

"Set in a beautiful location approximately 3 miles outside Dunster in a valley. The cottage was an upside down property so anyone with mobility issues should have the downstairs bedroom that has an ensuite. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms and the main bathroom. Here there is a door to the outside to the recycling area and a walk around the grounds. The top floor is the best part. We were here in the snow and the view from the Velux Windows was beautiful. "We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor."
