"We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests."

"The communication with the host was excellent from the start. The check in was clear and easy and the property was as described. The property had everything to make the two nights comfortable and plenty of items to be able to cook at the property. We stayed with our newborn, It's unclear if there was an accessible route into the building so we struggled a little with a pram on the front entrance steps but there was a lift once inside of the property. We look forward to staying again"

"Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. "We are regulars to the Ramada Plaza mainly due to; Location Free parking Air conditioning Big comfy bed - Executive King rm My husband loves the Sauna and I was thrilled to see the Jacuzzi was back in operation! Only negative is that the prices have increased significantly; especially for the King Suites. This is probably due to the popularity of Wrexham FC (hotel very close to the football ground) We keep an eye on prices well in advance and usually manage to get good deals on non match weekends especially if we book well in advance advance, Back again in October!"

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast was self serve and plenty of it. For the future to consider in the bedroom i noticed that the electric socket is a round 3 pin by the bed. It would be better for a update socket to be put in so it allows power leads for charging the ipads/computers/ telephone while in bed. Just a suggestion."

"Sadly the hotel is room only these days room was in good condition and clean a bit old fashion other than that couldn’t fault it . Bathroom was great and nice and clean. Sad there is no bar or restaurant in operation how ever plenty of places to eat with in 10m away.Being a Shrewsbury lad went to plenty of functions and weddings here sad it’s not in full operation . Plenty of parking on site and staff very helpful ."

"Lovely room. Comfy bed. Toiletries were great. Hairdryer was good & not attached to the wall like some hotels. Shower was a little low pressure but that’s minor. Lovely breakfast. Staff are so friendly. We arrived back at our room after a day out to find a card which was handwritten by the lovely hotel manageress & a box of chocolates for my birthday. Very kind indeed. Great location. Car park was a little tricky to find but we got there in the end ! Will definitely stay here again . Nice hotel ."
