"Our family of 17 (12 adults, 5 children) had a great stay here in August 2026. Plenty of room and things to do for everyone. Location is great - being so close to Grand Marais, very easy to pop into town or to the beach, which had great rock hunting. The place could use a few updates in general (couches were definitely dated, upstairs bathtub doesn't really fill well, etc) but overall was very clean and we would stay here again."

"We had a great family trip. The Ridge is a great location. Very central location and well stocked with games, bonfire nights, and a washer/dryer was a plus. Sunsets were amazing from the Ridge. We did so much. Enjoyed renting an ORV from grand marais PowerSports. We visited the falls, log slide, etc. We had fun yooperlite hunting in Grand Marais and at Crisp point lighthouse. The kayak tour of pictured rocks was beautiful. We did a charter fishing day and caught some huge trout. Tahquamenon Falls was beautiful and we even squeezed in a day at Mackinaw island for the 8.2 bike loop! Would love to come back and stay for a winter trip."
