"Overall we were very comfortable however we are very disappointed at the fact the door was unlocked on our arrival. Upon further inspection we realised the lock was broken and contacted the owner in the morning as we could not lock the door when we went out . Unfortunately the door was eventually fixed the day before we were due to leave, meaning that every time we left the property we had to take all our valuables with us. Very inconvenient and unsafe in general . We stayed for 3 nights and at the price we were charged I would expect to be able to leave my belongings safe in the knowledge that the property we’ve rented is secure. The owner was responsive to messages, but repeatedly asked if my husband would look at the door to try and fix it which I found annoying as it’s not our responsibility. Everything else was fine but I can’t see us staying there again ."
