Rooms are clean and comfortable, though slightly dated—nothing luxurious, but they meet expectations for a reliable night’s rest. My main critique is the valet parking, which felt extremely overpriced for the experience. Still, the overall stay was smooth and efficient—just what you want when traveling....

Parking a little expensive but super easy to get to and get out of and the elevators were super easy to find and get up and down on. Super clean, and the secretary is on a whole other level of amazing and friendly! Highly highly recommend and definitely will stay at the Hilton Chicago again when I visit! "

"Checking in and out was fast and easy. The free bottles of water were welcome on some very hot days! Room was clean and very comfortable. The evening Bartender at Coq D'or (I think Danny) was very helpful, and menu suggestions were spot on!! "
