Our stay at the Holiday Inn was great! We were checked in by Jenny and she was fantastic. Jenny made sure that our room was located near an elevator due to my mother having issues with going up the stairs.
We enjoyed the various options for breakfast.
The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the large size of dove soaps that were available in the room.
For checkout, Terri helped us and everything went smoothly.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay and will book again.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the hotel is very comfortable and we loved the breakfast, dessert at night, evening wine tasting and the best of all, steam shower and nice hot tub. I do have to mention one thing is that if you book with more than 2 people (include kids of all age) in a room with the # of people listed on the Expedia confirmation page and even with phone call to Expedia confirming the booking is for 3 or 4 people and the price is included , the hotel might still try to charged...

New Haven Inn is a quaint little hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. We were in room 10 which had 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living area. We had 4 people and used all 3 beds available. The 2 bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were wonderful. The single pull out couch is rather small, but Im only 5 ft 2, so that worked! The bathroom was beautiful and was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower soap in a dispenser in the shower. There were plenty of towels available.

Such a cute little place to stay. Felts like staying in a rustic little house rather than a hotel. Grounds were well kept and super cute gardens and the little fountains everywhere gave such a calming vibe. Close enough to walk the town but far enough away you did not feel like you were in a busy town

I liked so many things about this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The pool was warm and the hot tub was roomy. Breakfast had a wide assortment of food including waffles and a latte machine. The breakfast attendant was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I’ll be back again.

Need more food on the menu. Dinner food wasn’t good and drinks are way overpriced. Also facilities need to be kept up better. Had issues with our door not closing securely
Lucky I’m a guy that could tighten the screws myself but for a woman may not be a good thing.
