"The check in was very poor. The guy on the desk was….. it seemed like I was putting him to an inconvenience. His manner was very short and it seemed quite obvious he had better things to do! I would like to add the member of staff in the lift, not sure who he was. He had a roller cage and looked like he collecting or distributing towels. He seemed very focused and customer facing. He took an interest in my day and appeared very genuine and courteous. Maybe the two of them should swap roles!"

"Arrived half hour early but the lovely young lady on reception let me check in. The hotel is very handy for East Croydon Station, very easy to find! The room was comfortable enough, with a nice bed, the shower wasn't great but was hot and wet enough to fo the job! Had a couple of noisy neighbours, with doors banging and phones vibrating throughout the night! But for the price paid was more than happy with the hotel."
