"Room was good, staff was nice"

"Nice stay and good location"

"Very nice place with a wonderful view to all London. We spent very good time."

"The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber."

"Two days before arrival I was asked for 200GBP "Security deposit" in cash. This was returned on the day I left. The apartment is being illegally let for short bookings such as this one and Airbnb. I took a photo of a notice to tenants saying this. I was terrified of being evicted. Hob did not work and dishwasher and washing machine needed maintenance to avoid being dangerous. Every mug was chipped and all the crockery, glasses and cutlery were odd. I felt embarrassed I had asked my family to...

"オーナーの方は丁寧に対応してくれました。とてもきれいで、日差しが入る明るくて過ごしやすいお部屋でした。ありがとうございました。"

"I was checked in 4hrs later as i was made to wait for a room. Then when i got the room it was dirty the toilet was disgusting."

"This place was great, the loft was a bit hot but there was a fan there to cool it down. I highly recommend this stay "

"The booking and conversation with Julian was perfect, easy and clear. However the apartman was really a shock for us. We booked it for 4 person. We arrived late in the evening and realized that we got just 2 towels, no sheet for the pull-out bed. The walls and furnitures were really settled down. I could not reach anybody in the evening so called my nephew who took for us towels, covers..Everthing was dirty!! Under the bed were ballon pices, and someone's socks...I do not recommend this place!"

"We spent a week in this property and Joey, the host, could not have been more helpful in accommodating us. It is really practical in terms of transport links and the view to the trains below absolutely delighted the children."

"I was in a nice one bedroom apartment in a new building with working lifts. The illustrations on the website are representative but do not show the actual. layout or furniture. On the whole, the facilities are well maintained. While functional, the windows and window treatments showed some wear."

"The accommodation was fair for the price we paid. The appartment was clean and contact with the owner was fine and friendly. Nevertheless in the hallway had been a great leakage which left its marks and in the bathroom a part of the ceiling paint came down and was hanging loose. That was quite unnecessary even for the friendly budget price we paid."

"Honestly, I had a good time staying in this property. I would highly recommend. However, what made my stay a bit inconvenient was the fact that there was no microwave in the kitchen which I believe every kitchen should have."
