Croydon Vacations from AED4,362

We stayed 4 nights August 2026. Terrible, The hotel lost water and toilet facilities one day, hotel never provided bottle water. For a full day and a half we had no wifi , phone was intermittent. The breakfast, though good , was across the street . I didn’t see and dinner restaurant nor room service. Maintenance arrived one morning at 8 am! Staff at times were not able to know direction. Late one evening a flashing light went off from the ceiling. No one at reception were answering phones to explain. We headed to lobby and met many many others wondering what was going on….. we were told it was a fire alarm!,,, What’s no bells or sirens but a blinking light. We stayed at many Riu hotels and this by far was the worst.

Brilliant location, breakfast quite good but don't have very high expectations. Overall a good hotel for exploring London.

Stuff here are a bit unorganized. There were charges to my room from the restaurant but it was not purchased by me or my family members. I didn’t know this until I check out.

Most of the staff were extremely friendly helpful and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and thankfully there was air conditioning!!!
