Framery Studio - Comfortable, light and airy space

This is a studio, part of the converted warehouse. its a creative space of close to 400sq ft all to yourself!
You can lounge around sofa watching your favourite programme on the smart tv, use the work bench for your own projects...

This a very comfortable light and airy space. It is a studio workshop with a very comfortable bed and all mod cons.
Dishwasher,coffee maker, microwave/grill and single induction hob for light cooking although I do encourage you to go out and explore the many dining experiences that Shoreditch, Hoxton and London have to offer.
With good internet connection you can catch up with your favourites on the smart tv or just use your laptop! There are small speakers to attach to your smartphone etc. An iron and board. An umbrella, clothes airer and "shop for life bag.
Feel free to work here or simply relax or read.

This entire space is for you. NB the bathroom is across the hall and although it is only for your space, occasionally other residents might use it in "Emergency" situations. think of it as old hotel style where the bathroom is not "ensuite".

Cool apartment

Our stay was really good. Instructions to enter were clear, the apartment was nice, well equipped and clean. The area is nice, lots of bars and not a far trip to the center because of many public transport options. Very nice

Lots of space for two

This studio flat worked really well for my husband and I. The bathroom and shower are across the hall but it worked out well and we didn’t come across anyone else using it. We hopped on the bus at Old Street for most of our travel and used the nearby tube stations. The flat was clean and when it was missing bath towels our host came and delivered them within 15min.

Great location, cute place, but cold.

The location was perfect; in a quiet but convenient neighborhood, just a 10 min walk to multiple public transportation stops, which makes it easy to get anywhere. Obviously it’s a working studio/storage space when it’s not being used as a BnB, and it’s not a huge space, but the bed is comfy, kitchenette has everything you need, and hosts are responsive. The hot water heater went out and they responded within a couple hours with a solution. The only real problem is that the two small space heaters cannot keep up with the London cold in winter, and the house manual says don’t leave them on during the day when you’re away or at night when you’re sleeping because they might catch fire. So you come back from a day of adventuring to a cold apartment, which only warms up a few degrees before you go to bed and have to shut heaters off again, and in the morning you dress under the covers and then hurry to the tube so you can finally get warm. Obviously this is only a problem in winter, so I would 100% recommend this place any other time of year

Wer gerne twas rumstöbert, ist hier richtig. Das einzig Negative zu sagen ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Jedes mal, wenn ein Hausbewohner kommt oder geht, hört man die Haustüre krachen.
