Lovely bright little living area in Notting; very close to Portobello Market. Well-equipped kitchen! The check in and communication with the host were perfect and the bus stops and tube entrances were just a short walk. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood. We liked the location away from London's busier neighborhoods. Our only issue was the stairs! We had read in reviews that there were stairs but there are truly a lot of narrow stairs. Managing large suitcases on those stairs is very challenging. This flat would be perfect with just carry-on luggage. Also although there are three bathrooms, the larger bathroom between the two bedrooms is the one to share with the best shower and easiest access. The other two require stairs from the bedrooms.

Lovely place, good location, rooms were comfortable and the shower was great. We had a bit of an issue with the master bedroom’s mattress which was too firm for us, but other than that we had a great stay, and Sole was very responsive host:)

We stayed at this flat for 10 days. Very conveniently located to shops,Bus (right outside door) and metro stops. Loved all the restaurants nearby, super close to Portabello Road and Nottinghill. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having 2.5 bathrooms was a luxury. Will stay again!

The Flat was located in a great spot, the climb up stairs with our luggage was a challenge, anyone with heavy luggage (50lbs) could be a challenge, thankfully we are in good shape, the front bedroom is a little loud at night and there is no air conditioning, however the flat is very charming and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay in Notting Hill. The host was very friendly and responsive. The beds are comfortable and nice bathrooms. There is a friendly, family-run coffee shop on the corner which we visted each morning. The tube station is an approximate 15 minute walk.

Lovely place and great location in Notting Hill area near many lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Clean, flat was well-stocked with basic amenities, with 2 rooms and 3 bathrooms (one room is en-suite which is great). Only issue is the large flight of stairs to take to get to the flat, so might be difficult for those with mobility issues. Apart from that, it was great stay.

Beautiful flat in charming neighborhood

This property is perfect for families, and is located in the heart of Notting Hill. It is close to Tube station, pubs, and all sorts of wonderful shops and dining. Our host was communicative and easy to work with. It’s a well maintained property and was a great home base for exploring London.

Great place

We stay in London each year for a Christmas trip, this location is one of the best. Very close to Portobello Road, easy walk to some really good cafes, bars & restaurants. Although the flat is on the top floor with a lot of stairs it is really cosy, warm & homely with great amenities. We will certainly stay again.

A wonderful flat with all amenities, so clean and inviting. It was easy to check in with keys in a lockbox. It would not be too accessible for some people since it is a bit of a climb to the top 2 floors with lots of luggage or if you have bad knees…. but worth it when you get there! It is well located with a family oriented pub on the corner, bus stops out front that will get you anywhere with the app on your phone. It’s a 10 minute walk to Portobello shops and restaurants and so many great places to eat. We walked to Kensington Place and the gardens, had tea at Candella on Kensington Church St - much less expensive than the big name expensive places. I can highly recommend this flat and thank Sole for her hospitality.

Central Location in Notting Hill

Good location to walk to many sites, shopping and restaurants. Host was helpful and easy to contact. Principle bedroom does get noise from traffic, which may be difficult for light sleepers like me to get some rest.
