Siamo arrivati molto tardi quindi si è occupata mia figlia che abita a Londra del ritiro delle chiavi. Le è stata consegnata una busta con delle chiavi senza alcuna istruzione. L'appartamento doveva avere due stanze invece abbiamo trovato un unico spazio con letto matrimoniale molto piccolo e un divano letto non pronto, ho quindi dovuto cercare le lenzuola! Il riscaldamento era al minimo e quindi abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci cercando il modo per alzarlo. Non ci siamo riusciti con il bagno che aveva um magnifico scaldasalviette che però è rimasto sempre freddo!!!! Nell'armadio della dispensa abbiamo trovato pane raffermo con muffa, probabilmente lasciato dalla precedente famiglia che aveva soggiornato. Visto che vengono chiesti 50 pound per la pulizia di un appartamento così piccolo bisognerebbe farlo trovare ai clienti in modo impeccabile. Grazie
