Large, modern appartment in good location

Make sure you read your emails carefully before you go here! In my original booking email I was given an address to the appartments. When I arrived after a long day at work and a 30 min uber, the address was missing a street number. I rang hotels.com who told me the address was correct but to ring the hotel directly to get the street number. So I rang the hotel/appartments and turns out I was in completely the wrong place! They had sent me a follow up email with a completely different address that I had never seen! So I had to get another uber to the appartments reception. On arrival I was told the appartment was only a short 20 min walk from the office! Tired and fed up I dragged my luggage to the appartment which was on the top floor and a dodgy looking lift, so I took the stairs. The appartment was light and spacious but smelled wierd. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible! In the end, the location was great and very close to where I work but the communication surrounding he booking was terrible! I will not be back!

Great for small stays

All the amenities was in place for a comfortable stay,was different to what I viewed but more or less the same outlay. Had to walk from where I was supposed to stay about a forty minutes walk. So by the time I had finished a twelve hour shift I was two hours later getting to my place of rest. Was very hot in the room which I turned off the heating and wanted to open the bedroom window to air the room out but could not due to it being damaged,gandle wise. But still had a great sleep waking up with a dried throat. All in all for the area and being a ten minute walk to work was great and relaxing even though I never used the full potential of the place only for sleeping. Area was great and safe.

El apartamento está muy bien y la zona es muy tranquila. Hay supermercado muy cerca y a buen precio. Lo que menos nos gustó es que está un poco lejos del centro y no tiene metro cerca. Hay que caminar unos 300m hasta el bus ( solo 2 paradas la verdad) y después coger el metro.

Nach Buchung der Unterkunft hatten wir unseren gesamten Aufenthalt nach der genannten Adresse geplant. In der Mail wurde erwähnt das die Schlüsselausgabe im Büro ist aber nicht das die Adresse des Apartments sich ändern kann. Das Viertel des Appartments war nicht gerade das allerbeste aber es war ok. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft: die Küchenfronten waren verschmiert, auf der Bettwäsche waren Haare. Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Das appartment an sich war schön groß und für 5 Personen ausreichend. Leider hatte ich meine Kreditkarte vergessen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und flexibel und hatte es auf eine andere Kreditkarte umgebucht. Vielen Dank nochmal.

The apartment wasn’t where I wanted to be, the location changed and wasn’t clear and it also wasn’t clear I had to pick the keys up from another location which wasn’t nearby at all.

Vi (2 voksne og 4 barn) bestilte denn4 4-stjerners leiligheten på bakgrunn av tidligere dårlige erfaringer med overnattingssteder i London. Gikk derfor for en tilsynelatende bra leilighet (ut ifra bilder og beskrivelser på hotels.com sine hjemmesider) slik at vi skulle få et fint opphold, noe det skulle vise seg å ikke bli. Nevner her stikkord basert på oppholdet vi nettopp hadde; Innsjekking: 1. Ved innsjekk kunne ikke "resepsjonist" finne registreringen i systemet, selv om jeg hadde hele bestillingsinformasjonen med bekreftelsesnummer og det hele med meg. Jeg hadde også vært i kontakt med hotels.com og "utleieansvarlig" på stedet i forkant av reisen for å være på den sikre siden. Resepsjepsjonen ligger for øvriglangt unna leiligheten (informert om på Hotel.com sine hjemmesider) Tenkte dette ville ta 5 min i utgangspunktet, men som tok 43 minutter totalt. Da vi kjørte taxi til stedet, som vi skulle bruke videre til leiligheten, ble dette en veldig dyr affære..

DO NOT GO HERE

Avoid this place!!! Small print on listing it says we have 50 apartments and will place you at one. If you go to address of listed apartment no one will be there. You have to drive forever to get to office we’re they give you a key and then potentially another 45 minutes to where they assigned you an apartment. I only booked it because it was by my meeting place... not a half an hour away. $85 cab process. Place was run down and not like the pictures.

Apartment was far from what the pictures led us to believe. It was not modern at all and the carpet did not seem very trustworthy. We found bugs in the bedroom, living room table was wobbly, kitchen hood light was not working, and we had barely enough tableware for the 4 of us.

First off the checkin process is not clear in Expedia website, Expedia staff:Please add clear instructions in Expedia website for this London apartments which are individual owned apartments located all over London. Second, the London apartments management should send Emil details well in advance and Expedia need to mention that there are special instructions to follow to go to the office located in downtown London and collect the Keyes for a random apartment anywhere in London. Expedia should be clear about this instructions and also should NOT give the WRONG address of London apartment (huge building still under construction). I had tough time going to this under construction apartments and then call the Expedia mentioned phone number and use Uber to visit their office (after spending 1.5 hours of travel from airport). I had to spend 3 hours locating and trying to locate their office (there are two offices based on north or south side apartments) and sign up (the staff there is also clueless and not clear on the providing clear instructions to follow for people arriving into London from other countries) and collect the keys for the apartment located in White chapel area (good location) The apartment I was assigned is well furnished and good and has all kitchen items, dishwasher, washer/dryer. But the negatives is they give towels, toiler paper for one day only, rest is on us to buy and use for the next few days if you plan to stay for few days.

The apartment was in a great location to visit the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. We had no Wi-Fi the first day. Once we advised them, it was fixed right away. We had difficulties getting the bedroom window shut. The main shower head had no pressure and little water came out of it, but the hand held one worked well. Very close to a tube station.

Lejlighed North bank Vi havde bestilt lejlighed med 2 soveværelset og gratis WIFI til 2 voksne og to børn. Nøgleafhentningsstedet lidt svær at finde men brug google Maps, så er det nemmere. En god ide at komme om eftermiddagen og ikke om aftenen. Sød og venligt personale på stedet, og fik udleveret fin vejbeskrivelse til selve lejligheden. Vores lejlighed var centralt beliggende på Portsoken Street med kort gang til tog, undergrund og bus og mange gode spisesteder og indkøbsmuligheder indenfor 15 min gang. Selve lejligheden var med 2 soveværelser, to badeværelser og stue/køkken med mulighed for ekstra 2 opredninger på sovesofa. Lejligheden var lidt slidt og havde fugtpletter på loftet og lidt plettet gulvtæppe, men alt var rent, brugbart, og helt acceptabelt Redt op til 4 personer og ekstra sengetøj lagt frem til 2 ekstra. 1 stort og 1 lille håndklæde og en sæbe til alle. Lidt trafikstøj og uro fra gaden, men ikke mere end hvad man kan forvente, når man gerne vil bo centralt, og ikke noget, som holdt os vågne om natten. Kort og godt en billig lejlighed, hvor man får hvad man betaler for. Kan sagtens anbefales. NB husk at tjekke hvor nøglen skal afhentes på fremsendte papirer.

Horrible but great location.

Horrible customer service at your first location with the guys. Blamed us for not having the right address. Also, had us drive around and around. The women were better with customer service. I absolutely hate it.
