"I initially thought this property was a good option due to its reasonable price, parking and convenient location. However, it failed in several crucial areas: cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. The beds & pillows need replacement (lumpy & worn) & some of the linens are worn out. As a basement suite, it is extremely humid. Being an older house, it sounds like cattle are running around upstairs @ 6 AM when anyone walks around. The suite has a nice gas fireplace, but it gives off heat...
