"The food in the restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. Equally the staff were very obliging and helpful. Just a question whether or not the sheets had been changed on my bed in the family room. My friend’s was ok.
Good location and recommendation by a staff member to walk the Walls was brilliant."
"Clean room, big smart TV, nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice.
Overall it’s a nice hotel apart from the bar restaurant area had very loud music with a singer all evening. It was so loud that the staff couldn’t hear us properly to take our order and ended up ordering the wrong food. We couldn’t hear each other speak and in the end had to go and sit out side."
"Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome."
