"Communication with host was stellar. Check in was easy, check out a breeze. Hosts allowed us to bring our dog, and with a fenced in yard, this was AMAZING. Plenty of space! Note: there are 2 upstairs bedrooms and they are divided by a door which closes, making them 2 true rooms. However, there isn’t a hallway between them, so folks from one bedroom have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the other parts of the house, including the bathroom. Bathroom is downstairs on the main level.Clean, beautiful space, A/C, incredible location, amazing hosts. Thank you!!"

"Our stay was amazing. The rooms are updated, clean and spacious. The pool area is so cute, and the pool is heated. It’s only a short walk to the beach. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend The boulevard, we’re already trying to visit again. "

"Location can't be beat, 50 yards fron a quiet, lovely beach. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Bathrooms were a little downscale for the price, but immaculately clean. Hotel bar and restaurant are good, not great, but definitely fun and a good value for a short stay. Lively scene in the "nightclub" part of the large bar-restaurant. Good live music selection Age of nightclub patrons skewed mid-20s. Walking distance to lots of other good stuff, though Surf City is not the most "happening" part of LBI. On balance, a GREAT spot for a gorgeous beach weekend in LBI!"
