"Very clean, welcoming. Loved the cottage, cosy lounge but could hear the neighbours quite easily. I am in my 70's and should have read about this place a little more carefully, it was very steep to get to with virtually no access by car. When we were inide the house, the stairs were very steep and very narrow tread. Lovely stay, convenient for tri station, lovely run to Liskeard."

"This small house has lovely views over Looe and is a good base for exploring the area. The house though wouldn’t suit everyone. Access to the house is via a steep narrow staircase. The main bed is comfortable. The bunk though would probably only suit children. Certainly it would not suit someone who is heavy or tall. The house is quite well kitted out but anyone staying for any length of time would likely need to buy things like shampoo and soap. All we got were three small sachets for three...

"We had a lovely week in Alice’s cottage. We decided to leave the car at home and travel to Cornwall by train, which was very easy and stress free. With the cottage being only 1.5miles along the estuary to Looe, we had easy access to transport links, coastal walks and pubs and restaurants. Alice’s cottage is cosy and very well equipped for a long stay.
