"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. It was close to everything, the staff was amazing, and the hotel clean. The rooftop patio was a great addition. The breakfast was also very good Highly recommend"

"The check in was okay. Staff kind of confused on how to check in. Didn’t have room cleaned..but room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy were great. But had to wait for them to get food out. I hate to see when really busy. Parking was in basement. Not bad. Had a person doing security at night. No problems. The only bad thing was…in a bad area. A lot of homeless sleep at the government building next door. Also, pretty sure there are people staying in rooms and eating breakfast that are not paying guest!!! A man dropped off his screaming kids about 10:30 at night on the weekend and left. Heard him come in around midnight and made them go to bed. Then very early told them to get up!!! They are bars near the hotel. And we found a young child in the elevator. Took her down to the office. They knew exactly what floor she was on. Said the grandma probably didn’t know she was out of the room. Probably will not stay because of this!!"

"Parking felt very safe (which is important in downtown Memphis) but it was at least 400 yards away from the hotel itself although most of that is indoors. Minor issues that needed addressing were the tub faucet and one of the ice machines on our floor. But otherwise nothing major. Room looked amazing, like out of a magazine."
