"Was perfect for what we needed. Road trip from AZ for some waves over Fall break. Views of the Ocean, about a mile to Pier and beach! In that respect it's awesome and for what we paid in October was a great value. The building is older and a bit run down but interior is updated, inviting with great wall art. You feel like you are in Hermosa. Most of the poor reviews I read are true, you're on PCH and Sepulveda so busy street and I'm sure loud if your room is on that side. Walls are thin...
"We really enjoyed this place. It’s right in the middle of the food and a couple of blocks from the ocean.
I would heavily suggest, though, that you request a room that is not on the main street. We were not able to sleep very well in the room because of constant traffic and people standing beneath our window playing loud music and talk."
