"My family and I went for a birthday celebration and it was our first trip to DR. The service and staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. The buffet was so good and a whole variety in food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room/suite was a good size and the fridge was always reloaded with water and soda each day. The drinks were okay. The beach area was always clean. The only thing that may need to improve in the near future is Wi-Fi connection and providing more towels in the rooms. We only got 2 or 3 clean towels each day and we were a party of 5. But overall I give it a 10!!!"

The rooftop restaurant and pool only added to that feeling, offering panoramic views, stylish design, and a vibrant yet relaxed vibe. The amenities were excellent modern, clean, and easily accessible. The gym is a standout: well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, and with more of those incredible views. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better. We were within easy walking distance to great local restaurants, bars, and of course, just a short stroll to the Monumento where we enjoyed a cold Presidente and soaked in the culture. This hotel blends comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury with a strong sense of place. Highly recommended for anyone starting their journey in Santiago!"
