"The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because of the noise from the elevators. To their credit, we were immediately moved and upgraded to a suite away from the constant noise of the elevators. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind when booking. We cannot say more about the staff and the location of the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid."

"The hotel is a functional if somewhat dated looking in the corridors. The issue is the breakfast. We have stayed 4 times over the lastb2 years and the breakfast have normally been good Now it's cheap and the selection is poor. If you like pastries you'll be fine. But it's definately gone down in quality since the last visit. Great location though!"
