Sun, rest and relaxation - apartment just 100 meters from the beach

The apartment 'Casa del Sol' is located on the 1st Floor of a large apartment building (with elevator) in the middle of Puerto Naos, the small seaside resort on the sunny west side of La Palma.
This apartment is equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, because we often spend our vacation here ourselves.
With about 70 square meters, the apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a balcony - plenty of space for 2 people.
It is only 100 m to the beach. In addition to the waterfront, there are beach restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and a supermarket.
You can swim not only on the approximately 600 meter long sandy beach of Puerto Naos, but also on the 'Playa Nueva' about 3 kilometers away or on the beach of Chaco Verde.

Even in the winter months, La Palma offers pleasant temperatures of around 20 degrees (at sea level) and mostly a blue sky. The water temperature rarely goes below 20 degrees. A wonderful place to spend the winter.

Bewertung für Andreas Wohnung Wir haben ein wunderbares Vierteljahr in Andreas Wohnung verlebt.Praktisch,sehr gut eingerichtet.taub und Bohrlärm durch Straßenbau vor dem Haus.Ständiger Kontakt mit Andrea.Sie ist aufmerksam u.freundlich.Sehr angenehm war der Sparladen im Haus.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Good location and apartment

The apartment is a good size, well equipped, was clean, has good facilities and is well located within close proximity to the beach. The Spar shop underneath it was very convenient and deliveries to it were quick and unobtrusive.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Wohnung hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin Andrea hat sich bei der Anmietung schnell gemeldet. Auch während des Aufenthaltes bestand jederzeit die Möglichkeit die Vermieterin bzw. die Betreuung vor Ort zu kontaktieren. Der Empfang in der Wohnung war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut top ist es, daß sogar Strandhandtücher zur Verfügung stehen, das spart ordentlich Gewicht und Platz im Reisegepäck! Die kleine „ Bibliothek“ mit der Urlaubslektüre wollen wir hier nicht unerwähnt lassen, denn da finden sich neben diversen Romanen verschiedenste Reise- und Wanderführer. Und ja, ganz leise ist es auf dem Balkon nicht. Ganz laut fanden wir es aber auch nicht. Wir haben sehr gerne draußen auf dem Balkon gesessen und haben dem Treiben zugeschaut. Es gab eine Menge zu bestaunen und zu beobachten ;-) Insgesamt haben wir hier einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen!

Well equipped and very good location

The accommodation was comfortable, and well furnished. It is near the only significant beach on the west side of La Palma. Though overlooking the Main Street, it is a quiet location. For us, with diet restrictions, it was excellent to have a well stocked Spar right below us, containing gluten free items and soys milk. Would recommend it.

einfach toll

SUPER unterkunft. wir konnten uns wohlfühlen, wie in einem richtigen zuhause. außerdem fand ich für eine fewo die küchenausstattung toll und super dass es soviel zeug gibt, was einen das leben leichter macht wie zig verschiedene touri guides, sonnenschirm und co. lage genial mit nähe strand, supermarkt und autoverleih sowie busstation. auch super begrüßung. wir haben uns sehr umsorgt gefühlt. vielen dank und immer wieder gern :)

Zentral, praktisch eingerichtet

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Ortsmitte, die Nähe zu Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle, und Strand sind optimal. Auf dem Balkon zu sitzen ist eher ungemütlich, weil laut zur Straße hin. In den Wintermonaten kann es- wie zuletzt bei uns- empfindlich kühl in der Wohnung werden. Eine HeizMöglichkeit hab es jedoch auch auf Anfrage hin nicht, das war von Nachteil.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sauber, gemütlich und hell. Das sieht man daran, dass mir nur Eierbecher und vielleicht ein Sessel einfallen, die man noch anschaffen könnte. Besonders schön: es gibt eine kleine, sortierte Bibliothek (mit Kinderabteilung, jede Menge Reiseführer, Romane und Krimis), einen Werkzeugkasten (ich finde, sowas gehört in jeden Haushalt, auch in einer Ferienwohnung) und Steh- und Leselampen (nix ist ungemütlicher als eine Ferienwohnung, wo man abends in greller kalt-weißer Beleuchtung sitzt). Abzug gibt es nur wegen der Lage: in der "Hauptstraße" des Dorfes, mit entsprechend lebhaftem Verkehrsaufkommen. Ein Supermarkt direkt unter der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, aber bis zu vier lautstarke Warenanlieferungen täglich (mit viel Gerumpel und Gebrüll) sowie die übertragenen Rollgeräusche aus dem Lager während des ganzen Tages sind mitunter recht viel. Und wenn es abends/nachts ruhiger wird, übernehmen die streundernden Hunde im Umkreis die akustische Kulisse, was beim Schlafen doch stören kann. Wer La Palma besuchen und eher auf Meereshöhe wohnen möchte (Sonne und angenehm sommerliche Temperaturen!), dem kann man die Wohnung empfehlen. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, wird auf La Palma vermutlich eher in höheren, einsameren (dann aber auch kühleren) Lagen glücklich werden.

Sonniger Januar-Urlaub 2018

In dem hübschen kleinen Badeort Puorto Naos verbrachten wir einen herrlichen 2wöchigen Urlaub. Die Wohnung, nur einige Minuten Fussweg vom Strand entfernt, gefiel uns sehr gut (gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis). Die Einrichtung vermittelt gleich Kanaren-Feeling, bes. der wunderschöne Esstisch! In der Küche mit dem Luxus-Gasherd konnten wir uns kleine Leckereien zubereiten. Abends nach Cocktails und Bier an der Promenade gab es u. a. im Restaurant Orinoco schmackhafte und günstige Gerichte (Frischfisch und kanarische Bratkartoffeln!!). Es fehlte uns an nichts. Mit Bus und Taxi erkundeten wir die Insel, ein Stadtbummel in Los Llanos mit Cafe Frida ist auch zu empfehlen. An den übrigen Tagen genossen wir auf den Strandliegen die Sonne, die Wassertemperatur von ca. 20 Grad erlaubte auch den Sprung in die Wellen. Vielen Dank Andrea, und Grüsse an Lübeck. NS: Vom Balkon kann man sogar einen kleinen Zipfel Meer erkennen, also Meerblick! Anni, Nina und Franz

Hervorragend, grandiose Küchenausstattung, außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Der Kontakt war unkompliziert alles klappte wie am Schnürchen. Alle Einrichtungen waren top in Schuss und überdurchschnittlich gut. Zum Beispiel gab es ein neuen 5 Flammengasherd. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch eine kleine Bibliothek gab es. Die Badewanne war etwas klein, aber wir haben eh geduscht. Sehr gerne nehmen wir die Wohnung wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich sofort Zuhause zu fühlen. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt ist genial. Den von vielen thematisierten Lärm, den die anliefernden Lastwagen machen, hört man in den Schlafzimmern nicht.

Sehr schön!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage mit gut sortierte Küche. Außerdem sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Kontakt. Wir sind mit Baby angereist und extra für uns wurden noch allerlei Sachen angeschafft! Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Immer wieder gerne

Eine schöne und gepflegte mit liebevollen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattete Wohnung. Großzügig und mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Nach dem Aufstehen mal eben zum Schwimmen und auf dem Rückweg frisches Brot mitbringen. Dann das Frühstück auf dem Balkon. Wundervoll. Die Busstation (wir hatten kein Auto gemietet) nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und so haben wir Einiges gesehen ohne uns selbst durch die engen Serpentinen kämpfen zu müssen. Die kleinen Bars und Restaurants bieten alles, was das Herz begehrt und es gibt nichts Schöneres als am Abend am Strand zu sitzen und die Sonne untergehen zu sehen. Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder mieten.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir haben hier 10 schöne Tage verbracht. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Promenade und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder auf diese schöne Insel.

Wir möchten gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Nur zur Überbrückung gedacht, hat es uns leid getan, nach fünf Tagen umziehen zu müssen. Es hat alles gestimmt: die Küche, das gute Bett, das Bad, die Lage, das WETTER... Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung. Wir möchten gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Sehr schöne FW und netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin

Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung. Selbst an Reiseliteratur mangelt es nicht. Für Selbstversorger gibt es keine idealere Lage und auch den Weg zum Strand läuft man in wenigen Minuten. Allerdings auf Grund des teilweise starken Wellengangs mit Unterströmung haben wir bei Tazacorte ein beruhigteres Badevergnügen genossen. Im übrigen auch eine Empfehlung für viele Fischrestaurants am Strand. Was aber hinsichtlich der Lage der Ferienwohnung kein Problem war, da die Fahrt mit dem Auto höchstens 15 Min. dauerte. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder und empfehlen Ihre Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiter.

Relax in puerto naos.

La casa è molto carina e ben tenuta, non manca niente. Ci sono anche giochi da tavolo e carte. Per chi capisce il tedesco ci sono anche molti libri. Unica pecca la tv è solo in tedesco, ma visto che l' isola è frequentata soprattutto da tedeschi è comprensibile. La casa è molto tranquilla anche di giorno nonostante sia posizionata al di sopra di un piccolo market. Si può tranquillamente dormire con le finestre aperte a qualsia ora, visto che le camere da letto sono sul retro. In conclusione potrei dire che se tornerò a La Palma questa sarà la mia casa di riferimento per livello di qualità prezzo. Tra le case vacanza da me frequentate è stata la migliore. Mi sento proprio di consigliarla.
