"Overall, we had a very good experience. If one is looking for a great location to explore Knoxville, or you are attending a conference, this is a superb place. There were a couple of notes that are worth pointing out. One was likely an oversight by the owner and the property management company. The owner offered us a discount on staying an additional night, which we accepted. However, that didn’t get communicated to the property manager who had a cleaning crew show up at our original checkout...
