"I had a nice stay at The Bethesdan Hotel. The staff were outstanding: friendly, positive and incredibly helpful with everything. They really made our trip special. The room was very clean, especially the bed and bathroom, which felt fresh and comfortable. One small suggestion - cleaning the windows from the outside would make the room even better. There were a few minor maintenance points that could be improved: the shower fixture wasn’t fully secured and wobbled slightly, the bathroom had some scratches, and the balcony doors were blocked. The rooftop pool was ok, but the relaxation area and the floor itself look dated and would really benefit from a refresh with more shade and greenery. Anyway, had a wonderful time thanks to the service and great location. A few updates in these areas would make the hotel better."
