"The front desk personnel were very good to work with us due to our rental car breaking down on us. They allowed us extra time at checkout to get a new car and get our stuff out. The grits at breakfast were amazing!! The drawback was the hot tub. I booked this hotel for the reason it had a hot tub. There were some workers that were staying there, and they were drinking and had the hot tub filled the entire time, so I was not able to use it at all. "

"Each room has a brand new HVAC unit that is super quiet. The free breakfast was well maintained. The pool area is very nice. Location is excellent, located at the end of the Gulf Shores main strip, so is quiet, easy entrance/exit of the parking lot. Also, the back exit is a "secret" way to avoid the main road if you are heading into Gulf Shores proper. "
