"We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful quirky hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed in the Charlotte Brontë twin room, the beds were very comfortable and the room was immaculate. The location is great, easy walking distance to Limehouse train station, it’s also on a very good bus route into the centre of London. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, with something for everyone. We had lots of plans for our trip so didn’t get chance to try the spa facilities, maybe next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future."

"Upon arrival to the hotel the reception and lobby area was modern and well presented, giving a great first impression of the hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely staff member who offered to check us in early which was a lovely bonus. The room was clean and comfortable but was very dated, however this was expected as we researched the hotel before arrival the shower and bathroom were also very dated and the shower didn’t have the best pressure. The room would benefit from a fridge but due to this being an older hotel we understand why this might not be possible. While our stay was enjoyable overall we felt that some interactions with staff could have been more friendlier a warmer and more welcoming approach would have been better. Despite these points we would consider staying again."

"Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the wharf, but not the best choice for a long stay. The basic room is very small and becomes stuffy after a long day or a couple hot showers. There are no ice machines, or a refrigerator, or a microwave in the room, making storing and reheating leftovers as well as keeping drinks cool very difficult. Fitness center and gym are only accessible for a fee and there is no onsite parking. Staff, however, were very nice and very helpful!"
