"Firstly there is not enough support or help from the staff there are no phones in the bedroom. I paid for a premium room yet the room I was given was far from premium it was tiny and blocked by a block of flats despite being advertised as ‘city view’ I was able to change after making a complaint but in the new room the TV was so far from the bed it wasn’t comfortable nor were there any plates, bowls, spoons etc… in the kitchen area which didn’t make any sense as there is no way to use it without these. I did love the pool area but it was quite disappointing that the bar/ restaurant area was closed. There is also no where to buy food in the hotel nor is there anywhere to get or order breakfast. Although there is a cafe next to the reception area.
I also had an extremely bad sleep, it was sooo noisy and people were shouting outside my room before 5am in the morning."
