"Our stay went off without a hitch and we stayed quite comfortably. Communication was easy and check-in and -out instructions were great. The apartment is outfitted with all the necessary basics for cooking and relaxing. Everything matches the pictures and the descriptions. The surrounding area has loads of cute shops and restaurants, as well as a nice grocery store."

Op verschillende momenten met verschillende binnenlandse en buitenlandse telefoons geprobeerd contact te krijgen met de eigenaar. Zelfs met een andere bewoner van het complex naar binnen om aan te bellen en te kloppen. Uiteindelijk de Nederlandse helpdesk gebeld. "The flat is exactly as photographed. Anna was prompt in replying to inquiries and sent extensive details on how to find the building + how to check in to ensure there was no confusion. The home was perfect for all 6 of us and I would definitely book again. "

"The property itself was lovely and on its own I would have given it a higher rating but one issue affected our stay significantly. Unfortunately the communal area had a heavily stained stair carpet where something had dripped extensively which left a terrible smell (like rotting rubbish) to walk through each time we went in and out of the property which was obviously not a first good impression and not pleasant to navigate.
